Personal Training is a service offered through Campus Recreation and is available
for purchase to all students, faculty, staff, administrators and alumni with valid
campus recreation access.
This service aims to benefit patrons at all fitness levels, whether you are an avid

goals and needs.
Fitness Assessments give participants the opportunity to determine their baseline
fitness levels and assess the following components: Height, Weight, Resting Heart
Muscular Strength, Cardiorespiratory Endurance, and Flexibility. Fitness Assessments
can be purchased individually, but are also offered complimentary with the purchase
of a training package.
Personal Training Packages
Each personal training session is 1 hour in length.
